Nexstar Advertising x NASCAR Xfinity Series Activation
Adweek’s Brandweek Conference, Phoenix AZ
At Adweek’s Brandweek Conference, I spearheaded the design for Nexstar Advertising’s outdoor activation to celebrate The CW’s exclusive 7-year broadcasting partnership with the NASCAR Xfinity Series. This dynamic 20x10 foot activation space featured a professional-grade NASCAR Xfinity Series driving simulator and a branded Camaro.
I led the creative development of the entire activation, including:

To capture the full experience of our activation at Brandweek, I curated a series of images that highlight the user journey. Each photo was thoughtfully framed with custom designs that tied into the overall event branding, ensuring a cohesive look and feel throughout.





Live Leaderboard Competition
At the heart of our activation was the NASCAR Xfinity Series Driving Simulator, which engaged attendees in a daily competition. All drivers were automatically added to our live leaderboard, which updated in real-time throughout the event. Each day, the participant with the fastest lap time won a $100 gift card to the NASCAR shop, creating excitement and consistent engagement. Click to view the animated landing page
