The Hill: 2022 - 2023

The Hill

The Hill is a leading non-partisan news source, delivering in-depth coverage on the intersection of politics, business, and policy to engage Washington’s key decision-makers.

I served as the sole graphic designer on The Hill’s marketing team, responsible for creating a wide range of assets that supported the sales team and brand initiatives. My work included designing one-sheets, presentations, and digital, print, and environmental signage for events. I also maintained the mobile version of The Hill's media kit on Ceros, developed social graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram, and X, and created print ads for The Hill's print edition. Additionally, I designed banner ads promoting The Hill TV, the brand’s new fast channel, and produced key art for various shows on the platform.

The Hill Events

For The Hill’s events, I designed the identity for each event and extended it across print, digital, and environmental platforms. Assets included in-studio screens for virtual events, newspaper print ads, social posts and banner ads, and environmental signage for in-person gatherings. This signage ranged from step-and-repeat banners, full-stage backdrops and podium signs, to welcome standees, navigational signs, flyers, and table tents.
